We were happy that this company could order and get the hoses for our older John Deer tractor. We had to travel 100 miles to the store. There isn't anyone further south off Hwy 25 in Colorado that could get the right size of the hoses.
This business provides the HIGHEST LEVEL OF QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. "Kevin" had just closed on Saturday when we pulled into the parking lot. He not only opened back up but sold us 3 Stihl machines and gave expert advice on use of all 3 machines. He also was very helpful and advised us on extending Stihl base warranty by using Stihl oil and gas products. Back in my 1st experience with 4Rivers, I took a product I bought elsewhere for service, they corrected the problem before my eyes and didn't even charge me that day. I walked into 4Rivers to buy a new mower and salesman Frank didn't try to over sale me. He listened to what I was going to be doing and directed to me to a few options. Once the mower arrived he called to schedule delivery date and time. It was delivered on time and showed me how to use the new riding mower.
