I wanted to stop and take the time to review because of the amazing service we received. First off my husband and I have a small amount of land and we purchased a used skid steer about a year ago from out of state, we are a family not a business so it was a big purchase but worth it for our little farm. A few weeks ago we had a massive oil leak on the skid steer that left it dead in the water. I brought the skid steer down to 4rivers equipment and from the moment I walked in the door everyone there was VERY friendly and immediately 2 very nice young men came out and unloaded the skid steer and helped in every way. We very quickly got the diagnosis we were dreading and it was a large amount of money for parts and labor for a new assembly but we ok'd it. The team started tear down so when the ordered part arrived they could get it put in quickly for us. A couple days after that we got the news that there was some confusion with part and they could not get the assembly. (I work in a dealership service department so I know these things do happen) Unfortunately after a lot of communication back and forth about a "rebuild" option (which is a lot more expensive route) my husband and I decided we could not afford the rebuild and needed to just go pick up the skid steer for now and regroup with a plan at a later date. I went to pick up the skid steer and had nervousness that we would not only be charged for the diagnostic but also the tear down. I had zero problems paying for the diag. When I got there to pick up I asked to take care of the diag bill before we went to load the skid steer. I was told there was no bill, I was stunned and said "for diag?" and they said no, no bill. I almost started crying. They helped me to load and strap down and were so kind and helpful again to get me on my way. They had also put everything on the skidder back together for us. It is never fun when things don't happen the way you plan and when SO much money is involved but everyone at 4rivers made a silver lining on the situation. They let us with a good impression even in a not ideal situation. Tim thank you so much and anyone else involved, thank you so much.
Never have i seen such integrity and resolve from a parts pro! Not only did he see that our new excavator front glass not make it to us, but called to confirm and order a new one. And a call to see if it actually made it here. We are 2.5 hours away from 4Rivers and dont order very often from them but this was remarkable. Thanks Kyle for not letting our new glass just get lost in shipping!
