This is not your normal review for John Deere products. This review highlights the personal care provided by this branch. This past week, I called to see if my husband and I could bring my 2 year old grandson to their facility to see the big diggers and earth movers in person. He’s obsessed. The nice woman took my information and said she’d have to check with the branch manager. Ten minutes later, I received a call to come on down. We were greeted by Steph Garcia, the rental manager. She gave us a personalized tour of their grounds and machinery. I don’t know who was happier, our grandson or my husband! We were treated so well by everyone we encountered. It speaks volumes about Kevin Karachi, the branch manager. Looks like he has created a welcoming community that knows how to treat customers! Delivered duals for a scraper special 9r490. Yard crew was awesome to work with unloading. Very professional and organized group inside the office and out. Clean, well ran location.
Recently purchased some John Deere Neon Light signs. We do have to wait because they do not stock these lights. They do have a stock of lights in parts for fixing you machines though. The customer service has always been very helpful. The front desk greeted us with pleasant smile and a positive attitude ready to assist. Rentals and services was kind enough to show my family and I around the some of the machines and a look into the shop. We loved it. We left with some 4Rivers swag and we can't wait to own our first piece of equipment for our land. We know where to go now!
Great friendly service. An awesome selection of new and slightly used equipment. John Deere amd Hitachi heavy equipment available. Parts department is well informed, friendly, and helpful. Like a toy store for grown ups to wants to get major work done and the biggest strongest tools available to man.
