Committed To The Calling- Challenge Coin Award Winner Erick Jarvis

We proudly announce our first 4Rivers Equipment Challenge Coin recipient, Erick Jarvis!

His peers nominated Erick for a moment of going above and beyond his call of duty. The leadership team reviewed the nominees and evaluated the Peak Performance moment. As a result, we are proud to award Erick a challenge coin for his actions that aligned and demonstrated our core value of Commitment.

In 2021, our El Paso, TX location sadly lost its Rental Manager after a long illness. As the leadership team sought solutions to support a grieving community, Erick Jarvis, Rental Manager from Colorado Springs, CO, volunteered immediately. After the first week, he spoke up and explained the job wasn’t done. He volunteered to stay the weekend, found a laundry mat, and worked through the following weekend. Erick’s commitment to getting another store back on track inspires us all. His actions demonstrate what it means to be committed to our customers and peers. That’s being “your working partner.”
