"Big Blue" Surpasses $120,000 for the American Cancer Society

Thanks to the incredible support of our customers, partners, vendors, employees, and community members, 4Rivers Equipment has officially surpassed its $100,000 fundraising goal for the American Cancer Society. Our 100th Anniversary excavator, affectionately known as "Big Blue," has now helped raise more than $120,000 in support of the fight against childhood cancer.

Celebrating a Meaningful Milestone in Our 100th Anniversary Year

As we celebrate 100 years of serving our customers and communities, one of the most meaningful initiatives of our centennial year has been our partnership with the American Cancer Society (ACS).

At the center of that effort has been Big Blue, our custom 100th Anniversary excavator. More than a commemorative machine, Big Blue has become a symbol of what can be accomplished when our industry comes together to support a cause larger than ourselves.

Today, we're proud to share that we've exceeded our original fundraising goal of $100,000, reaching more than $120,000 raised for the American Cancer Society and its mission to support children and families impacted by cancer.

How Did Big Blue Exceed Its Fundraising Goal?

The success of this campaign is the result of countless individuals and organizations choosing to make a difference.

Throughout our centennial year, customers, manufacturer partners, vendors, employees, and community members rallied around the Big Blue initiative through sponsorships and donations. Their enthusiasm and generosity transformed an ambitious goal into an incredible achievement.

This milestone serves as a reminder of the strength of the relationships we've built over the last century and the impact those relationships can have when focused on a shared purpose.

What Impact Will These Donations Make?

While we're excited to surpass our fundraising target, the true success of this campaign isn't measured by dollars alone.

Funds raised through the Big Blue initiative will help support the American Cancer Society's efforts to:

  • Advance critical cancer research
  • Provide resources for children and families facing cancer
  • Expand patient support programs
  • Improve access to care and treatment services

Every contribution helps create hope for families navigating some of life's most difficult challenges.
