4Rivers Equipment named to John Deere Onyx Circle for seventh time
John Deere Construction and Forestry Division named 4Rivers Equipment a 2022 winner of the Onyx Circle award, ranking 4Rivers among the top John Deere dealers in North America for the seventh time.
The Onyx Circle award recipients are determined according to key performance metrics regarding earning customers’ business.
Continuing a legacy of excellence, 4Rivers Equipment has now been recognized in the Onyx Circle seven times since the award’s creation in 2011.
4Rivers Equipment CEO John Shearer says no individual is the sole reason 4Rivers won this award, but credits company-wide teamwork and dedication.
“We are a group of individuals who come together every day for a common purpose— to provide the best solutions possible to the people in the industries we serve,” Shearer said. “It’s very special that everyone’s hard work, performance and commitment to our craft is recognized by John Deere. I am extremely proud of every individual who works hard each day to make this happen.”
Since its founding in 1926, 4Rivers Equipment’s mission to improve the lives of customers, business partners and employees through the constant pursuit of excellence has remained the same as the industries it serves continues to change and develop.
“4Rivers is constantly evolving to meet the demands of our customers. Through all these changes, our history, mission and core values are passed from one person to another, from one generation to another,” Shearer added. “This passing of knowledge, work-ethic and high expectation means our performance is not a one-time thing, but a way of life at 4Rivers.”
The Onyx Circle award was developed by John Deere to reward outstanding achievement by its dealers and is open to dealers in the United States and Canada. 4Rivers Equipment would like to express its gratitude to the customers, employees and partners who made it possible to be recognized.
“Winning the Onyx Circle shows the commitment that 4Rivers has to our customers and the efforts our employees make day-to-day to serve our customers,” General Manager of Construction and Forestry Daniel Bratton added.
