4Rivers Adopts John Deere’s Operations Center PRO Service

Greeley, CO4Rivers Equipment is excited to adopt and roll out the new “enhanced digital self-repair tool” created by John Deere known as John Deere Operations Center PRO Service.

Officially launched by John Deere on July 31, 2025, John Deere Operations Center PRO Service was designed to “enhance how equipment owners use, maintain, diagnose, repair and protect their equipment,” according to a Deere news release.  Both connected and non-connected John Deere machines are said to benefit from this new tool, and that includes machinery across ag, turf, construction and forestry models.

4Rivers Equipment looks forward to the ability to give John Deere equipment customers another innovative tool at their disposal which will integrate seamlessly with existing digital support tools such as the John Deere Operations Center, Equipment Mobile, and Shop.Deere.com.

John Deere Operations Center PRO Service is also slated to be a replacement for Deere’s Customer Service ADVISOR, which is expected to see an end of life over the next year.

Other exciting additions include the ability to allow a local service provider access to a piece of John Deere equipment (with the owner’s permission) to help diagnose and assist with repair information that may be fixable outside of a repair shop.
