My son was interested in a particular John Deere hat and Jason, the parts manager went above and beyond to find it! He called around and had the hat brought in. He texted and called and even met my husband to give it to him. I’m shocked by the level of customer service. You just don't see this anymore. It was just a hat, not a tractor but Jason treated our family like we were the most important customers he’s ever had!
